PROCEDURES:

When you submit your request you will receive an authorization code that will waive the $99 enrollment fee non-members pay
Use your code to order coupons from the Grocery Coupon Internet site: www.grocerycard.com
Follow instructions on the site. A 10% processing fee equal to the value of the coupons will be charged in addition to shipping costs
Be sure to select the “Super Value Option” at check out. Members will receive additional“bonus” coupons equal to or greater than the cost ofprocessing and shipping to offset those costs.
