We reserve the right to refuse, refund or cancel a service request for any reason including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, errors in product, pricing, or any issues identified by our fraud detection activities. Generations Gold Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without notice should Generations Gold Inc. detect any instances of membership abuse, any violations of the Terms and Conditions or any practices deemed unsavory by Generations Gold, Inc..

You are required to pay for these services when rendered, however if you use a participating provider for these services you will receive a discount. Neither Benefits Plus®, WellCard Health or the Discount Medical Plan Organization can or will pay any provider on your behalf.
